The Conscious Budget & Debt Reduction system is the brainchild of Sonya L. Sonya has been a member of FINRA/SIPC, The Financial Planning Association, The Financial Divorce Association and the Academy of Financial Divorce Practitioners (AFDP) / DePaul University. She has taught courses such as Smart Women Finish Rich, Smart Couples Finish Rich, and Protecting Yourself from Retirement Dangers.  

In her work with clients through the several businesses she has owned and operated, Sonya has utilized her life insurance license, accident & health insurance license, and series 7 & 63.

Sonya’s formal education is a Bachelor of Business, Davenport University and she studied the Global Management MBA program.  She has an Associate in Aviation Pilot Training from Northwestern Michigan College.

Sonya and her family; husband Matthew, son Mahaney & daughter Mayson call Traverse City, Michigan home.

Although she is its founder, Sonya attributes a great deal of the success of Conscious Budget & Debt Reduction, Inc. to the team who have joined her in growing it into the powerful enterprise it is today.
